Dear SEC Secretary,

I am writing to support the SEC's proposed rule to require mutual fund 
companies to disclose how they vote on corporate proxy resolutions.  

I will need my mutual funds to retire.  How can I choose these funds with 
any wisdom if I do not know how the fund adminstrators behave in voting on 
resolutions by corporatations in which they/I invest?

Sunshine laws always help the common citizen.

I am counting on you to make this decision for disclosure to protect 
America's small investors.  Thank you.
