Dear Secretary Katz,

 

I am writing you to urge that you support the SEC's proposed rule to require 
mutual fund companies to disclose how they vote on corporate proxy resolutions. 
As and investor in numerous mutual funds I believe I have the right to know how 
the funds are using their proxy votes. They are supposed to be voting on my 
behalf, but if I have no way of knowing how they are voting how can I know 
this is true? If you wish to restore faith in corporate America, I urge that 
you support this rule.
