As and investor in numerous mutual funds I believe I have the right to know how the funds are using their proxy votes. They are supposed to be voting on my behalf, but if I have no way of knowing how they are voting how can I know this is true? If you wish to restore faith in corporate America, I urge that you support this rule. Sincerely, Richard Meisenholder 162 159th PL SE Bellevue, WA 98008 425 643-1920
