Subject: Mutual Fund Proxy Voting Disclosure Rule (S7-36-02)

Dear Sirs:

	I just became aware that there is consideration of a rule requiring 
Mutual Funds to disclose how they vote on proxy statements for stocks 
that they hold in their funds.  I do not know the number of the rule but 
want to lend my full support to a full disclosure rule.  I am an owner 
of shares in several mutual funds and believe that I should be aware of 
how others are voting in behalf of my shares.  This rule is long overdue 
and needs to be implemented promptly.
