I do not know the number of the rule but want to lend my full support to a full disclosure rule. I am an owner of shares in several mutual funds and believe that I should be aware of how others are voting in behalf of my shares. This rule is long overdue and needs to be implemented promptly. Sincerely, Ray Kohler 122 Ashton Court Mantua, NJ 08051
