Subject: Mutual Funds (s7-36-02)
Dear Commissioner:

I for one have been very pleased with the changes being implemented 
by the SEC.

I want to suggest that regarding mutual funds, which are after all 
owned by the investors, just like corporations,  that the salaries, 
bonuses and benefits be outlined for the top officers in the fund. 
In addition any conflicts of interest should be noted and especially 
boards the top executive is on in addition to the "family of funds"
