Dear Mr. Katz: 

I am writing to you asking you to support the SEC's
proposed rule (S7-36-02) to require mutual funds to
disclose their proxy voting policies and, most importantly,
their actual proxy voting decisions.  

I think it would make investing a little safer for
workers what are going to use the money from these
funds for there health insurance, and retirement income.
