Dear Sir, I support the SEC to have Investment
Companies ( Mutual Funds,Insurance Co.,etc ) to
disclose how they vote. 

I believe many companies have a vested interest in
voting for management proxies d/t 
the mutual fund company(s) want the  money from these 
companies employees for there 401k/403b funds. Thus, 
Mutual Funds have a perverse / incestuous relationship

in pleasing the public companies in order to obtain
$$ for / provider for the company(s) 401k/403b
offerings!
