I am an individual mutual fund investor who is interested in the governance of 
the companies that I indirectly invest in.  Therefore, I want to say that I am 
in favor of the proposed SEC rule change that would mandate disclosure of proxy 
voting policies, procedures, and voting records by mutual funds.
