Re proposed S73602

  Stupidly, I believed my mutual funds had been voting proxies in the 
shareholders' (owners') best interests.  Now it dawns on me that my 
fund managers may be selling to the same companies that they're 
buying--a direct conflict of interest.

I want the mutual funds to be required to make public how they vote proxies.
