Subject: investment companies should disclose proxy votes

i support the idea that investment companies should be mandated to disclose 
the votes they make on proxies. Openness and honesty are the cornerstone of 
free enterprise, and this will help our system in many ways.  

As a NASD Principal, I serve hundreds of private and institutional investors, 
who agree with this position.
