Subject: SEC PROPOSAL ON PROXY VOTES BY MUTUAL FUND MANAGERS (S7-36-02)

Please enforce reporting by mutual funds to their share holders of all details
on how they vote...especially on outlandish stock options, bonuses and all other perks
they give away to CEO's. so that we can see the orrigings of the fraud which has
eliminated the trust of the American investor in the stock market.  And they want
Social Security funds to be invested in this house of stacked cards.
