Possibly this should be extended to other types of funds as well. For some small investors, the voting actions of our funds are as important to us as the choice of stocks. It's clear that only a regulation will enable us to find those facts. For me, the voting policy is the primary concern. The voting records are important only to verify that the fund is following its policy. For this reason, I believe that the voting policy should be in the prospectus, but that the voting records could be provided only on the web and still be adequate. Edward Reid
