I apologize for missing the deadline. However, perhaps in a democracy it is still good to register one's opinion as a citizen. I most strongly support this rule that requires mutual funds to publish their proxy voting policies, procedures, and votes. I am truly astounded that it is almost 2003 and a rule like this does not yet exist. Secret voting by mutual funds is simply not good nor healthy for the American investor and citizens...it has led to unethical and unhealthy decision making based many times on greed. Please consider this rule deeply and implement it in full force. Thank you so much for your efforts to return our society to more ethical and responsible conduct. Sincerely, Eileen Marie Griffin
