I strongly endorse the Securities and Exchange Commission proposal that funds be required to disclose their proxy votes and voting guidelines to shareholders and the SEC. There's no sound reason for a fund's owners to be kept out of the loop on something so important. This would cost the funds very little if the information is listed on the funds web site.
