Thanks for considering the resolution in subject-line file.

Though doubtless of more value and relevance to corporate and
institutional investors, in my view it is very important to
at least make the information available to individual investors
as well.  Many of us feel that voting record is a significant
part of what we are buying with a mutual fund.
