I support the proposed rule mandating disclosure of proxy voting policies, 
proceduresand voting recordsby mutual funds. I believe that I should have the 
right to know how my fund managers are voting their proxies.This should make 
them more likely to vote in the best interests of shareholders. This could 
also help make corporations more responsible to the shareholders.
