I urge the commission to require mutual funds to disclose their 
voting record on corporate proxies. Unless large institutional 
investors take a leadership role in disclosuring how they vote 
what they are doing to encourage responsible corporate behavior 
problems similar to Enron and Worldcom are likely to continue.
