I would like to register my support for the adoption of S7-36-02 
and S7-38-02, rules governing disclosure of proxy voting policies 
and records by mutual fund managers. The accountability of fund 
managers to their investors should be a fundamental principle of 
our business practices. Transparent decision-making is essential 
for the creation of a relationship of trust between investors and 
management. I urge you to adopt these common sense rules.
