Do I have to tell you how to do your job?

I expect the SEC to root out all evil.  Punish the liars, leave no 
rock unturned, don't trust the "industry" to police their own.

You have to take a poll to figure out how to do your job?  

Now whether this rule about Mutual fund voting disclosure is 
important or not, the securities industry is full of cheats and liars 
and you know who they are, go get them.  You want to be President?
Lock some of the liars up and you can get elected.
NOW GET TO WORK!
