I am a socially concerned investor and I am writing to support these two 
measures:
“Disclosure of Proxy Voting Policies and Proxy Voting Records by Registered 
Management Investment Companies,” and “Proxy Voting by Investment Advisers”    

(File No. S7-36-02 and File No. S7-38-02).  I believe that shareholder's 
voting should indeed be public information. In this time of corporate 
irresponsibility and downright immoral and illegal behavior, this is one step 
that can help us, the average citizen.  Please pass these measures.
