VA Mid-Atlantic Health Care Network Home

VA Mid-Atlantic Health Care Network (VISN 6): is one of 21 Veterans Integrated Service Networks (VISNs) of the Department of Veterans Affairs.  VISN 6 is comprised of eight VA Medical Centers and 11 community-based outpatient clinics (CBOCs).  Some 10,750 clinical and support staff members and approximately 4,000 volunteers in our network provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient health care to over 300,500 veterans annually across North Carolina, most of Virginia and portions of West Virginia and South Carolina.  Over the next two years, we will be adding five new community-based clinics and expanding others.

Our mission and our passion -- provide safe, efficient, effective, and compassionate care to the men and women we so proudly serve.
