Healthy Native Communities Fellowship

Thirty-four public and community health, law enforcement, social services, tribal leadership and community volunteers from across the Indian country graduated from the first Healthy Native Communities Fellowship training held on September 22, 2005 in Washington, D.C.  The fellows completed a year long four-week intensive and interactive training that focused on communication, group facilitation, leadership, and community planning skills.
