Licensee Research Use of NLM MEDLINE®/PubMed® Data:

NLM's MEDLINE®/PubMed® registered licensees who use the data for research purposes should complete and submit this input form as requested. With licensee's permission, the information supplied (including e-mail address) will be posted on an NLM Web page " as is ", although NLM reserves the right to edit. The intent of the Licensee Research Use of NLM MEDLINE/PubMed Data Web site is to facilitate collaboration and sharing of information among those who lease MEDLINE/PubMed data for various research purposes.

Instructions:
  • Complete and submit a separate form for each research project using MEDLINE/PubMed data.
  • Put higher university/company level in organization/institution line; e.g.,
    University of Maryland or XYZ Company (organization/institution line)
    Department of Genomics or Genomics Division (office line).
  • Please do not use abbreviations (data will appear on Web as entered).
