Vish Nandlall
Distinguished Member of Technical Staff & Chief Technology Officer for Carrier Networks, Nortel
Vish Nandlall is a Nortel Distinguished Member of Technical Staff and the Chief Technology Officer for Carrier Networks. He is recognized within the wireless and wireline communities as a leader and expert in network and architecture evolution. Over the last year he has visibly influenced the direction of the LTE industry through his standards contributions strategy and his influence with key decision makers across the industry. In his role as Carrier Networks CTO, he has worked with 3GPP, 3GPP2, IMT-Advanced, and IETF on the combination of 802.16, 802.20, REV C/UMB, and associated IMS standards. He regularly represents Nortel at conferences, including LTE World Summit, CTIA and MWC, in presentations, keynote addresses, and panel discussions.
In his 15 years with Nortel, Vish has participated in every business within Nortel. Influencing terminals, enterprise & carrier switching, optical, and wireless architectures in such areas as BTSs, gateway evolution, metro DWDM client transport, terabit forwarding and QoS, call processing compute engines, real-time applications, speech recognition, and video codecs. Co-author of 30 patents, he drives invention & innovation with recent examples in mobile meta data, federated gateway technoligies, inter-technology handoff, L2 broadband relays, SON, and wireless backhaul.

Adrian Scrase
Head of 3GPP Mobile Competence Centre, 3GPP
Adrian Scrase played a central role in creation of the 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) and is responsible for the operations of the 3GPP Project Co-ordination Group. He also Heads 3GPPs’ Mobile Competence Centre (MCC) which is an International team of 20 experts who provide comprehensive support to the Project.
Adrian has more than 25 years experience in the telecommunications field, which includes 20 years of experience in standardization. He is Vice President within ETSI with responsibility for International Partnership Projects.
Chris Ebert
Head of LTE/WiMAX/4G Market Development, North America, Nokia Siemens Networks
Chris Ebert has over 20 years of experience in the wireless industry and currently leads strategic market development for LTE, WiMAX and 4G for Nokia Siemens Networks. Prior to this role, he led the AT&T Mobility team for Nokia Siemens Networks and oversaw all wireless and convergence technology business development for AT&T.
Before joining Nokia (now Nokia Siemens Networks) in 2004, Ebert was the inaugural Vice President of Worldwide Operations for Tatara Systems, contributing to product portfolio plans, the company launch, and establishing strategic relationships with Tier 1 companies including Vodafone, British Telecom, O2, Telus, and Verisign.
Before joining Tatara Systems, Ebert was Vice President of North American Carrier and Partner Sales for Tahoe Networks where he was also responsible for global strategic alliances. Additionally, as one of the early employees of Unwired Planet/Phone.com, the birthplace of the Mobile Internet, Ebert was instrumental in providing counsel to carriers on how to become Wireless Internet Service Providers.
