FDA Public/Private Partnership Program

The Food and Drug Administration is actively interested in partnering with the private sector through arrangements which leverage FDA assets and resources. Partnerships can be formalized through Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADA), contractual arrangements, or innovative partnerships.

The FDA will give preference to ideas and proposals which will enhance the delivery of mission-related FDA functions and do not require funding from the FDA.
