The County Planning Commission recommends approval of a Special Use Permit for a Contractor’s Yard and a Single Family Dwelling on the westerly ½ of Lot 32, Vineyard Addition #3, located at 519 Niagara Road NE, zoned M-H, and containing approximately .50 acres. Crespin Moraga appeals the Board of Adjustment’s decision to approve a conditional use for a commercial animal establishment on Lot 7, Block D, La Mora Acres, located at 1424 La Mora Ln.
