In accordance with Executive Order 12862, the National Performance Review, and good management practices, HUD USER is seeking to determine whether their customers are satisfied with the services and/or products they are receiving and whether they have suggestions as to how the services/products may be improved or made more useful. The information will be used to improve HUD USER's products and services. Notwithstanding any other provision of the law, no person is required to respond to, nor shall any person be subject to a penalty to comply with, a collection of information subject to the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act. All approved collections of information display a currently valid OMB Control Number. The valid OMB control number of this information collection is 2535-0116. The time required to complete this information collection is estimated to average 2 minutes per response, including the time to review instructions, search existing data sources, gather the data needed, and complete and review the information collection.
