This site provides a directory with names of Hispanics/Latinos that can be contacted to create partnerships and/or work as coalition partners on different issues. This was created by The National Latino Council on Alcohol and Tobacco Prevention (LCAT) in order to increase visibility of the Hispanic/Latino professionals who are providing prevention and treatment services and others who are getting involved in environmental policy issues and community mobilization.
