Pre-Harvest Food Safety and Enteric Diseases Research Unit

"In the Preharvest Food Safety and Enteric Diseases Research Unit, we strive to provide scientific leadership in reducing the prevalence of human food-borne pathogens in livestock and to elucidate the basic mechanisms of selected enteric diseases of hogs. Our end goal is to provide basic and applied multidisciplinary research which will benefit the American consumer and the livestock industry."
