Biographical Information:

Dr. Roberts has been involved in research for 14 years since completing a Ph. D. in 1988. Recognition of incumbent's research and expertise in mechanisms involved in regulating follicular development and reproduction is demonstrated by: 1) 19 invited seminars or presentations at universities or meetings; 2) requests to serve as a panel member for the USDA/CSRS/NRICGP and ad hoc reviewer for USDA (NRICGP, BARD, and SBIRP programs), NSF, and six peer reviewed scientific journals; and 3) graduate students from four universities performing a portion of their graduate research in the incumbent's laboratory at the request of their major professors. Research contributions include 44 publications, including 16 senior authored and 16 co-authored manuscripts in refereed journals.
