FEMALE SPEAKER: My fondest memories of NASA came actually as an eighth grader and a high school student because I participated in their Women in Technology Mentorship Program and their SHARP Program, which gave me the vision that women could actually go into the sciences and engineering, and so it was instrumental in me being successful at an early age. I appreciate that very much, the opportunity that the education programs gave to young people like me to contribute in a scientific way to building the nation and improving it.
