ADAP Guide Outlines Emergency Preparedness Steps. Guide outlines steps for AIDS Drug Assistance Programs (ADAP) to undertake in preparing for and responding to emergencies—from risk assessment to developing an a Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP). Sample ADAP plans included. Involving Consumers. The Planning Council Primer has been updated to reflect the 2006 legislation. Also, see a sample Consumer Advisory Board mission statement and bylaws, and Dallas’ AIDS Arms' community involvement. Getting it Right: A Self Assessment Tool for Consumer Advisory Boards.
