Aloha, and welcome to the website of the State of Hawaii Regulated Industries Complaints Office ("RICO").
RICO investigates and enforces many of the Department's professional and vocational licensing laws. There are now over 46 different types of licensees and registrants within RICO's jurisdiction, including accountants, contractors, physicians, motor vehicle dealers, and real estate agents.
This website has been designed to provide educational information, brochures, contact information, complaint forms, and online prior complaints information, as well as numerous useful links to other agencies.
