We have not had an ample opportunity to review this proposal. Would you please consider extending the comment period for an additional 30 days.
The adoption of these rules could have substantial unintended cosequences and could be extemely burensome and costly and limit the products we can offer our clients. This would give us less flexability and objectivity.
