As an individual investor I applaud your efforts in this area. I support the proposed disclosure regulations and particularly appreciate the straight forward information presentation in the draft forms. As this proposal hopefully goes forward, please do your utmost to prevent the disclosure forms from deteriorating into confusing legalese which obscures, rather than clarifies, in so many other types of transactions.
