Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing concerning the SEC's consideration of requiring additional disclosure forms for NASD Licensed Reps at the time of the sale of securities.

I have been in the financial services business since 1981 and have experienced a continual increase in disclosure and other requirements due to regulations.

It has become quite burdensome for small business owners in Financial Services to continue to operate profitably due to all of the regulations and requirements. This additional disclosure form will cause a redundancy to other requirements already required.

We have come to a point in this business where reps like myself have less and less time to service our clients and market our products. We as business owners are suffering but also the consumers that we service due to the fact that burdensome regulations consume our time and resources.

Please no further disclosures.

Bob
