I as an independent Registered Representative with Mutual Service Corporation have just been notified of the new proposed rules File number S7-06-04 and have not had ample time to review and prepare comments regarding this potentially very devastating change for our industry.
In order for our industry represtatives as well as me to be able to fully review, comprehend and respectfully comment I would graciously request you extend the comment period for an additional 30 days.
