To Whom It May Concern,
I respectively request an extension of the April 4th deadline be granted.The SEC Proposal on the point of sale & Confirmation Disclosure rule file # S7-06-04 could possiblyhave excessive impact on the individual Investor as well as broker dealers.
I feel the industry needs more time to review what the possible outcome of this additional paperwork would have on both parties. The adoption of the proposedrules could possible impact the broker Dealer to the extent that they may have to limit the number of covered securities approved
for saleto the Investor. Resulting in a no win situation for all.
In closing, I would like to state again that I feel we have not had adequate time/opportunity to review the proposal & request that the comment period be extended for an additional 30 days.
