2005 DIRECTORY NOTICE
There are no additional copies of the 2005 Directory available for purchase. Due to revenue shortfall, the Board will not be publishing future directories.

In the 2005 Directory, individual licensees are listed alphabetically by license category. Facilities are listed alphabetically by license category and by city. Please note that the 2005 Directory does not reflect any changes received after June 6, 2005. A portion of the 2005 Directory is available in two parts (see links below). Appendices A-P, containing laws and rules, have been omitted from the abbreviated version. However, the Table of Contents identifies the laws and rules contained in the Appendices and you may find them, one by one, from the "Laws and Rules" link above, and also on the website Menu.
