Summary of Law(s) and Regulation(s):
Voluntary law provides a minimum of 7.5% discount on premiums to employers who implement and maintain an annually certified drug-free workplace program in compliance with the Act, and to self-insured employers who implement a program substantially in compliance with the Act.
