Summary of Law(s) and Regulation(s):
Voluntary law provides a 5% discount for implementing and maintaining an annually certified drug-free workplace program (including drug and alcohol testing) in compliance with the Act, and provides that a positive test creates a rebuttable presumption that the employee be denied benefits.
