I have been running trajectories every hour for 24 hours to get a general idea of the airmass origin a single point during this period. Is there a way to obtain an average visual trajectory for a 24 hour period?

This isn't one trajectory, but you can plot all 24 trajectories on one plot. Download the tdump files (if generated on the web). Make a file named "listfile" listing the tdump files. Run "trajplot -i+listfile" from the DOS command line and then view the postscript file.
