Air Surface Exchange and Atmospheric Chemistry

The Air-Surface Exchange and Atmospheric Chemistry group combines expert capabilities in monitoring and modeling to estimate the emissions, deposition, and fate of natural and anthropogenically derived chemicals. Our unique skills include:

  • Measurement of precipitation chemistry from routine networks, as well as research perspectives.
  • Application of fast response trace gas measurements.
  • Process Studies to understand the cycling of atmospherically derived nutrients, with a particular focus on coastal regions.
