Benchmark Industries Building Improvements

Grundy County, Tennessee

On May 9, TVA issued an Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact for administering a $164,800 Appalachian Regional Commission grant to Grundy County.  The grant would fund about 80% of the cost of improvements to a county-owned building leased to Benchmark Industries, Inc.  Benchmark produces small custom manufactured metal components for the automotive industry and proposes to expand and upgrade their facility to increase their production.
