Through the energy right Program you can learn simple steps that will help you conserve energy in your home. For little or no cost, you can reduce the amount of energy you use to cool your home and operate household appliances for cooking, lighting, and washing clothes and dishes. School production helps teach wise energy use

TVA and local power distributors are helping to bring The Energized Guyz, a children’s theater production, to over 1,000 elementary schools in the Tennessee Valley. The live show aims to educate schoolchildren and their families about how electricity is made and how the wise use of water and energy helps save money and protect the environment. Read more.

TVA's Fuel Cost Adjustment

When prices for fuels commonly used to make electricity increase, TVA uses the Fuel Cost Adjustment (FCA) mechanism to recover these higher fuel and purchased power costs.
