Department of Corrections Seeks Fugitive Anderson
 
The Oregon Department of Corrections Fugitive Apprehension Unit is seeking information about Johnathan Howard Anderson, 21, who walked away from a work crew near Santiam Correctional Institution in Salem on July 20, 2001.
 
Anderson is described as a white male, 5´9" tall, approximately 160 lbs, with brown hair and blue eyes. He has a tattoo of a playboy bunny on his right forearm and a Mickey Mouse (with the third finger of his hand raised) on his chest.
 
Anderson was serving time for ex-con in possession of a weapon. His projected release date was September 8, 2003.
 
Anderson is believed to be in either the Yamhill County or Tillamook County areas. Anyone with information about Inmate Anderson´s whereabouts should call 9-1-1 or the Department of Corrections Fugitive Apprehension Unit at 503-945-9030.
