Pair Captured Friday Evening
Dustin Robertson and Rick Sketchley Captued Friday Evening
 
The fugitives were captured at 8:42 p.m. Friday evening September 21 by the Eugene Police Department on information provided by the Oregon Department of Corrections Fugitive Apprehension Unit.

Two inmates escape from work crew
At approximately 11:25 a.m., Friday, September 21, inmates Dustin Robertson and Rick Sketchley escaped from a Mill Creek Correctional Facility minimum custody work crew at the Oregon State Penitentiary's motor pool. The inmates stole a privately owned 1993 blue Subaru, license XEZ920, that was being repaired as part of the vocational auto repair program.
 
Robertson, 23, is a white male, 5'8" tall, 220 lbs. and wears glasses. He has brown hair and brown eyes. He was serving time from Washington County for robbery and from Marion County for inmate in possession of a weapon. He was admitted to prison in June 1996 and had been due to be released in April 2003.
 
Sketchley, 41, is a white male, 6' tall, 180 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. He was serving time from Yamhill County for driving while intoxicated and assault IV, and from Clackamas County for kidnapping 2. He was admitted to prison in June 1998 and was due to be released in February 2004.
 
Both inmates were wearing Prison Blues jeans with "inmate" stenciled in orange on the left knee and blue t-shirts. Sketchley was wearing red suspenders.
