Inmate Fails to Report, Warrant Issued
The Oregon Department of Corrections has issued a felony warrant for the arrest of Percy B. Brown, an inmate on community supervision in Multnomah County who failed to report to his parole officer.
Brown is a Black male weighing 215 lbs. He is 6'3" tall with black hair and brown eyes.
Brown was imprisoned in November 2003 and has a history of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and Delivery/Manufacture of a Controlled Substance. He was released from prison in October 2004.
The Oregon Department of Corrections Fugitive Apprehension Unit believes that Brown may be in the North or Northeast areas of Portland.
