Projects & Plans

Management of Olympic National Forest involves a wide range of activities.  These activities include: (1) operation and maintenance of structures, roads, bridges, trails and recreation sites and facilities; (2) construction of new sites and facilities; and (3) management practices designed to (a) maintain or enhance habitat for late successional and old-growth forest related species; and (b) to protect and enhance watershed and aquatic habitat conditions.  As projects are planned and implemented, it is our intent to provide documentation of these activities, when appropriate, on our website for public convenience.
