The Central Oregon Schedule of Proposed Actions (SOPA) is published
quarterly, reporting Deschutes and Ochoco National Forests and
Prineville District, BLM proposed activities and invite involvement
as part of implementing the National Environmental Policy Act
(NEPA).
A listing of Projects which have information available online. Projects can be listed by Administrative Unit responsible for the project or by Project Type.

Invasive Plant Treatment Projects - EIS
Large area planning documents including Forest Plans and Amendments,
LSR's, Watershed Analyses, Wild & Scenic River Plans, Monument
Plan, and Monitoring Reports for the Deschutes and Ochoco National
Forests.
CERCLA-Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act
CERCLA (pronounced SIR-cla), commonly known as Superfund, was enacted by Congress on December 11, 1980. It provides a Federal “Superfund” to clean up uncontrolled or abandoned hazardous-waste sites as well as accidents, spills, and other emergency releases of pollutants and contaminants into the environment.
