The usage fee includes your use of the Main Residence or Carriage House, and
use of our standard glassware, plates, flatware, banquet tables and chairs, linens,
and an on-site events coordinator.
- Labor, Service, and non-alcoholic Beverage Fee:
Continental Breakfasts (standing, reception style): $ 7.25 per person
Hot Buffet Breakfast (seated at tables) $10.00 per person - Security (Carriage House Only): $ 52.00 per hour (2 hr. minimum)
